1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Raww Scents website and to purchases made from Raww Scents.
The website and products are supplied by **Raww Scents Pty Ltd, ABN 37 693 901 487** (referred to as “Raww Scents”, “we”, “us” or “our”). You can contact us at hello@rawwscents.com.au.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with the policies linked on the website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase from us.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Website use
You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or other users. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or use its content for fraudulent, misleading or unlawful purposes.
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase. If you are under 18, you should use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Product information and fragrance descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours, glass reflections and packaging may appear differently depending on your device, lighting or screen settings. Fragrance descriptions are intended to help communicate the character of a scent, but individual perception and experience may vary.
Product availability, packaging and minor non-material details may change from time to time. Any substitution or change will not remove your rights where a product is materially different from its description.
4. Designer-inspired fragrances
Raww Scents fragrances are independent, inspired interpretations. Raww Scents is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or manufactured by the designer brands referenced on our website or marketing. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and communicate the fragrance profile that inspired our interpretation.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in your order. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment has not been authorised, a price or product information error is obvious, the delivery address cannot be serviced, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. If we cancel after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
6. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Prices include GST where applicable, unless the website clearly states otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete checkout.
You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the chosen payment method. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms.
7. Shipping, returns and subscriptions
Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Subscription Policy form part of these terms. Please read them before purchasing or starting a subscription.
8. Promotions and complimentary products
Promotions may be subject to separate terms, eligibility conditions, dates and stock limits. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer. We may correct an obvious promotional error or end an offer prospectively, subject to orders already accepted and applicable law.
9. Product use and safety
You must use products only for their intended purpose and follow all directions and warnings on the product label, packaging and accompanying materials. Home-fragrance diffuser liquid is not personal perfume and must not be applied to the skin or ingested.

10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its content—including the Raww Scents name, branding, copy, photographs, graphics and designs—are owned by or licensed to Raww Scents. You may view the website and make a copy of order information for personal use, but you must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without permission.
11. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers and social platforms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raww Scents is not liable for loss caused by misuse of a product, failure to follow safety directions, unauthorised alteration of a product, or events outside our reasonable control.
However, nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by publishing the revised version on the website. Changes apply prospectively from publication and do not remove rights already accrued in relation to an accepted order.
14. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them. This does not prevent you from exercising any right available to you under applicable consumer law.
