Subscription Policy

How the refill subscription works

When you choose a Raww Scents refill subscription, your selected refill will be scheduled to replenish **every three months**. The subscription price, any applicable shipping charge, billing frequency and other material terms will be displayed before you complete the subscription purchase.

By starting a subscription, you authorise Raww Scents and its payment provider to charge the payment method you supplied for each scheduled renewal until the subscription is cancelled.

Managing your subscription

You may:

- cancel your subscription at any time;

- pause upcoming deliveries; or

- extend or reschedule your next delivery,

using the subscription management option made available with your account or by contacting **hello@rawwscents.com.au**.

The 48-hour renewal cutoff

Cancellation, pause or rescheduling requests must be submitted **at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal** to apply to that renewal.

Requests received less than 48 hours before renewal may not stop an order or charge that has already entered processing. If that occurs, the change will take effect from the following subscription cycle. An already processed subscription order may be returned only in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, including the requirement that a change-of-mind return remain unopened and be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Billing and failed payments

Subscription charges are made to the payment method saved with the subscription. You are responsible for keeping your payment and delivery details current.

If a payment cannot be processed, our subscription or payment provider may notify you, retry the charge or pause the subscription. We will not dispatch the relevant subscription order until payment has been successfully processed.

Price changes

If the recurring price of your subscription changes, we will give reasonable advance notice before the changed price is charged. You may cancel before that renewal if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

Cancelling does not cancel an already processed order

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals after the cancellation takes effect. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Contact us promptly if you believe an order has been placed in error.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this Subscription Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
