Raww Scents began with a simple wish: to make home feel as beautiful as a favourite perfume. Today, we create designer-inspired diffuser refills that bring familiar, sophisticated fragrance into everyday spaces.
The person behind the fragrance
It started in my own home
Nearly 30 years ago, when my husband and I built our first home, I wanted to recreate the welcoming scent I remembered from visiting display homes.
As a working mum of four, I tried everything from plug-ins to luxury candles. Before guests arrived, I would sometimes spray my expensive French perfume around the kitchen and living room. Everyone loved the scent, but using a $300 perfume as room spray was hardly a practical solution.
I kept wondering: why couldn’t home fragrance have the complexity and character of the perfumes we already love?
Made for real homes
From a personal search to Raww Scents
That question became the starting point for Raww Scents. I worked with an experienced fragrance manufacturer, assessing formulas developed by an international perfumer to find scents that translated beautifully into the home.
Testers across Sydney lived with the samples over several months. Their feedback on fragrance, longevity and how the scents carried through a room helped shape the collection.
Our fragrances use globally sourced raw materials and are manufactured and bottled here in Australia.
